Training and professional development

JSC RIPI specialist training program includes internal and external training (additional training and retraining) at the expense of the enterprise, as well as targeted training at the expense of the budgetary funds. Young specialists are given an opportunity to earn their Master’s degree and PhD degree at the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) by the targeted training and working on scientific projects for their further professional growth.
